畅通血管小密方: 免中风
梅子醋1碗, 柠檬汁1碗,姜汁1碗,蒜汁1碗
先将姜汁与蒜汁, 用小火煮20分钟,再倒入梅子醋与柠檬汁,继续煮10分钟
, 取出让它冷却. 冷却以后,加入2碗蜂蜜,混匀后,保存在玻璃瓶子内,储存在冰箱里.每天早晚服用1小杯.据说可以協助畅通阻塞的血管,预防中风.
