Have you taken sufficient fiber today?

Everybody needs about 25g of fiber each day. Have you taken sufficient fiber today?

  • One orange contain 3.1 g of fiber
  •  One apple when eaten together with skin contain 3.3 g
  • One banana contain 3.1 g
  • One bowl of cooked broccoli contain 5.2 g

  • One slice of whole meal brad contains 1.9 g of fiber
